At Laser Tribe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom-made, personalized products. Each item is crafted with the utmost care and precision, and we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we have a specific returns policy in place. Please review the following guidelines:
Returns Policy
30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for any issues related to errors, damages, or incorrect items. If you experience any of these problems, please follow the steps below to initiate a return.
Conditions for Return
Given the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Errors: If there is a defect or mistake in the personalization that deviates from your order specifications.
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or handling.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that do not fall under the above conditions, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placement by the customer
- General dissatisfaction with a custom design that meets the order specifications
How to Initiate a Return
If your item meets the return conditions, please follow these steps within 30 days of receiving your order:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@lasertribe.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the item showing the error, damage, or incorrect product.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- For items that are incorrect, damaged, or have manufacturing errors, Laser Tribe will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is not approved based on the conditions above, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Refunds and Replacements
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If you prefer, we can also send a replacement item free of charge.
